Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Selling Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in property sales, excellent client service skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and closing high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about listings Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on preferences and investment goals Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements professionally and efficiently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, legal regulations, and new developments Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Proven track record of successful property transactions Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
