Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Selling Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers Negotiate offers and finalize sales transactions with professionalism Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal procedures Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and property owners Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and submitted
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred) Strong sales acumen and closing ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
