Position Overview:

We are hiring

experienced Real Estate Agents focused on Dubai's secondary market

(ready properties - sales & leasing). This is a

commission-only role

offering a

flat 65% commission

- designed for agents who want to maximize their earnings and operate with independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle buying, selling, and leasing of

ready properties

in the Dubai secondary market. Prospect for leads, list new properties, and conduct viewings. Negotiate offers and finalize deals with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current listings, communities, and market trends. Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. Ensure compliance with all RERA and legal documentation requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in

secondary market real estate

in Dubai. Proven sales track record in closing secondary property deals. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented. UAE driving license and car preferred. RERA certification is an advantage.
