This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in Dubai's real estate market with structured training and strong mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Assist lead agents with off-plan and secondary market transactions
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Support clients with EOIs, reservation forms, payment plans, and contracts
Coordinate with developers, admin teams, and marketing
Update CRM systems and track client and deal progress
Participate in project launches, exhibitions, and sales events
Learn and follow RERA and DLD compliance procedures

Experience
Freshers welcome
Real estate experience in Dubai is a plus but
not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in Dubai real estate
Professional attitude and presentable appearance
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
