We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing real estate company. The successful candidate will have strong experience in the Qatar real estate market and a solid network of clients and property contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
Source and list new inventory through professional relationships with landlords, developers, and agents.
Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Use CRM systems to manage leads, track performance, and report results.
Work closely with management to develop sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (Qatar experience preferred).
Established professional network within the real estate sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Qatar driving license.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus commission on closed deals.
