We are looking for a motivated and customer?focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role involves guiding clients through the property?buying process, presenting suitable options, and ensuring a smooth, professional, and results?driven sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and company?provided channels.
Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market assessments.
Present suitable property options based on client needs, preferences, and budget.
Advise clients on pricing, community insights, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiations, documentation, and closing.
Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties and ensure accurate listing information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records and follow?ups using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience as a Real Estate Salesperson, Property Consultant, or Agent in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and developers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
