Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Real Estate Salespersons to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property, skilled in client relations, and eager to build a successful career in real estate. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while representing the Metropolitan brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Negotiate and close transactions efficiently and ethically
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
