Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and convert property sales leads to achieve personal and company sales targets. Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase listings and highlight unique selling points. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developments in Abu Dhabi's dynamic real estate landscape. Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE property laws. Collaborate with developers, brokers, and the internal team to access and market exclusive properties. Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties through online platforms and networking. Provide expert advice on investment opportunities, including potential ROI and property appreciation.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within Abu Dhabi. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws and regulations. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
