We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Real Estate Salesperson to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, promoting properties, and closing sales to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Present and promote properties to prospective buyers and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and assist clients in evaluating options.
Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements in alignment with company goals.
Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor offerings in Abu Dhabi.
Maintain a comprehensive database of property listings and client interactions.
Prepare and process contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
Provide market insights and guidance to clients, ensuring informed decision-making.
Collaborate with property owners and developers to enhance the marketing of properties.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate (experience in Abu Dhabi is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is advantageous.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
UAE driving license (mandatory).
