Job Description

The Role

Design and deliver training programs for new and existing real estate agents to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. o Develop training materials, resources, and tools to support the training programs. o Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions. o Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. o Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development. o Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Sales, to align training initiatives with the overall company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, or a related field. o Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development within the real estate industry. o Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
