Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with prospective clients and understand their needs. Promote off-plan real estate projects through compelling, professional presentations. Consistently follow up with clients and manage a structured sales pipeline to meet targets. Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure top performance. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and boost sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of sales experience specifically in the Dubai real estate market.

Proficiency with

CRM platforms and Microsoft Office

. RERA certification is a plus. Fluency in

Arabic and English

(additional languages are an advantage). Highly organized, goal-oriented, and success-driven personality.

Valid UAE driving license and a car
