We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Provide clients with information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
Arrange site visits and accompany potential buyers to properties.
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support lead generation and deal closing.
Stay up to date with market trends, developments, and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or similar role.
Strong understanding of property laws, market trends, and sales techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
