Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful real estate sales, with a focus on superior customer service and a commitment to upholding our company\'s high standard of integrity. Knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate market is crucial.

Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets. Provide sales agents with mentorship, coaching, and guidance, developing their sales and customer service skills.
  • Market Research: Stay current with the latest market trends, developments, and sales opportunities related to real estate in Dubai.
  • Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report to senior management.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients, industry professionals, and competitors.
  • Training & Development: Train new team members and develop existing team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet their sales targets.
  • Property Showings: Oversee property showings and open houses, ensuring potential buyers are well-informed about the property\'s features and benefits.
Qualifications: * Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and team management, preferably in Dubai.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market and best practices in Dubai.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably Arabic.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
Note: The successful candidate must possess or be willing to obtain a Dubai real estate license.
