Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a dynamic team of real estate agents.
Develop and execute strategies to drive off-plan and secondary market sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors locally and internationally.
Manage daily operations, track performance, and ensure targets are met.
Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales goals.
Stay informed on Dubai's market trends, project launches, and pricing insights.
Represent Taher Sharif Real Estate at property launches, client meetings, and networking events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure high client satisfaction through quality service and relationship management.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in Dubai's real estate market (off-plan and secondary).
Proven sales record with reputable developers and brokerages.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
RERA certification
is an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
