Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description
- Day to Day sales management including:
- Set KPI for the sales staff and support them to meet their targets.
- Allocate lead and manage his/her sales target daily
- Sales staff daily activity report includes client leads, broker leads, and the outcome of each lead.
- Inspecting all units and improving their condition by coordinating with facility management allowing and readily for viewing especially for VIPs.
- Establish and maintain related policy & processes for external brokers and visitation policy.
- Actively recruiting and onboarding talented and experienced sales staff.
- Co-ordinating with real estate brokers who are known and familiar with the market to ensure promoting Al Habtoor Real estate properties
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Negotiating contracts with sellers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
- Reviewing market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular neighborhood or area.
- Monitor real estate sales administrative functions.
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting.
- Supply marketing materials and deliverables to external and internal agents
- Liaise with finance department for collections, SOAs, PDCs etc.
- Liaise with FM department for apartment improvements, unit deliveries and handovers.
- Coordinate with Admin department for sales documentation, signatures, handover letters and processes.
- Submit updated sales, revenue and collection reports to management on a daily and weekly basis.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
- RERA Certificate (Required)
