Job Title: Sales Manager Department: Real Estate Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents to achieve the company\'s sales goals. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success. They must have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales agents.
  • Coach, mentor, and support sales agents.
  • Track and monitor sales performance.
  • Provide feedback and recognition to sales agents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
