Requirements! Must-Have RERA Card Experience in Sales in real estate in UAE Knowledge in Dubai Real Estate Market We are looking for Sales Manager with experienced and also should have RERA Card.
- Ability to negotiate with all different type of customers and nationalities.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
- Determine client\'s needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales
- Source potential investors/buyers and establish maintain a good work relationship
- Recruit local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
