Role Purpose Summary: Manage sales of the Real Estate product within a defined geographic area in UAE achieve sales objectives. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and hardworking. Key Accountabilities of the roleRESPONSIBILITIES: 1- Identify, Solicit, and acquire new clients in line with approved strategies and policies of Real Estate portfolio. 2- Strength existing clients banking relationship in a professional manner. 3- Keep abreast of development in local business environment to spot business opportunities. Contribute to the planning process 4- Making regular visits all over UAE to clients for both monitoring and business generation purposes. 5- Establish effective and professional communication (both Internal & External) to ensure turnaround time within designated parameters and higher client satisfaction levels. 6- Develop Strong level of local contacts with local business. 7- Manage a Sales / RO Team, set, agree, measure performance, guidance, motivation, and professional advice 8- Creating Sales / Business Development Strategies for boosting business volumes within product parameters and portfolio expansion as appropriate. 9- Identifying effective Marketing Channels. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: - University Degree with 7 Years relevant experience of which 5 years preferably in Real Estate - Good ability of time management and multitasking - Good Knowledge of English (spoken and written) and preferably Arabic - Advanced Computer knowledge and operations. - Good Knowledge of ADIB products / Services and requirements.
