AGCO Properties looking for sales managing having experience in Real Estate Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory paperwork.
- Establish and Foster strong working relationships with the sales team and clients.
- Lead and supervise the sales team and ensure that the team is highly motivated and manage their performance to achieve optimal results.
- Ensure that company standards and procedures are well implemented to the sales consultants.
- Adhere to real estate laws and have a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage, plan and provide sales team training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the team have necessary resources to perform properly.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets. Requirements:
- HAVE UAE driving license and car.
- Speak English.
- Aware of market strategies and paperwork.
- Joining immediately is possible.
- Experience is a MUST in Real Estate.
- Candidates must be at the age of 35 years and below. What do we provide?
