A leading Real Estate company on the market is looking for a Sales Manager REQUIREMENT: 1. Experience 10 years in freehold 2. Driving license RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train consultants to maximize business efficiency
- Ensure achievement of sales targets
- Direct analysis of competitor, product, and market analysis
- Define and implement metrics for sales effectiveness
- Create sales plans, targets, and performance targets for employees
- Motivate and guide employees to achieve sales targets
- Define and implement developer/client relations strategy
- Extensive experience in managing property purchases, sales, rentals, and development.
- Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties.
- Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments.
- Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
