Nationwide Middle East properties is hiring for its branch in Abu Dhabi, a Real Estate Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leasing and selling residential & commercial properties and negotiating deals and building client relationships. Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients through leads generation, referrals, networking
Handle property viewings in a professional manner
Provide guidance on market conditions and pricing
Stay informed about the current real estate trends
Independently negotiate deals from start to finish
Manage a team of real estate agents and follow up with their performances and daily tasks
Qualifications
Proven track record in successful sales
Great communication & negotiation skills
Ability to build strong client relationships
Result oriented and self-motivated
Bilingual or trilingual
Preferred UAE driving license
