Job Description
Nationwide Middle East properties is hiring for its branch in Abu Dhabi, a Real Estate Sales Manager, who will be responsible for leasing and selling residential & commercial properties and negotiating deals and building client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients through leads generation, referrals, networking
- Handle property viewings in a professional manner
- Provide guidance on market conditions and pricing
- Stay informed about the current real estate trends
- Independently negotiate deals from start to finish
- Manage a team of real estate agents and follow up with their performances and daily tasks
- Proven track record in successful sales
- Great communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Result oriented and self-motivated
- Bilingual or trilingual
- Preferred UAE driving license
- Full-time position
- Visa sponsorship
- Private insurance plan
- Permanent salary + High scale commissions
