Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales / Investment Specialist to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent client?relationship skills, and the ability to guide buyers and investors through the full property acquisition and investment process. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of clients interested in residential, commercial, and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, financial returns, and property selection.
Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain up?to?date knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, including off?plan projects, secondary market listings, and developer offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and investors to secure exclusive listings.
Prepare investment proposals, financial analyses, and tailored property recommendations for clients.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and internal company standards.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance lead generation and client experience.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property investment (UAE market experience preferred).
Strong understanding of investment analysis, ROI calculations, and market evaluation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and a client?focused approach.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage.
