Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi and other key markets Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify high-yield assets and emerging investment trends Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions Prepare investment proposals and financial models to support client decision-making Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and transaction documentation Stay informed about regulatory changes, market dynamics, and economic indicators affecting real estate investments
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or investment advisory, preferably in the UAE Strong understanding of property investment strategies and financial analysis Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
