We are urgently seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join a dynamic and growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence, and strong knowledge of the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities:
oGenerate, manage, and follow up on leads
oConduct property viewings for potential clients
oAdvise clients on market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities
oBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers and property owners
oNegotiate and finalize property deals professionally
oCoordinate with admin/marketing teams for listings and documentation
oStay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
Requirements:
oMinimum 1 year experience in UAE Real Estate (Sales or Leasing)( Not Mandatory)
oStrong communication and negotiation skills
oPresentable and professional attitude
oAbility to work independently and within a team
oTarget-driven with a positive and proactive approach
