We\'re looking for an experienced Sales Executive/Manager with 3-5 years of specialized experience in off-plan property sales to join our Real Estate Development Team! Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Drive sales of off-plan properties through effective client engagement and relationship-building. \xc2\xb7 Utilize your expertise to advise clients on investment opportunities and property selections. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 3-5 years of proven success in off-plan property sales. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong network within the real estate industry. \xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. \xc2\xb7 Valid UAE driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is a must. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
