Job Title: Sales Lady - Real Estate

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in UAE Real Estate Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Sales Lady with a proven track record in real estate sales within the UAE. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the UAE property market, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Dubai and other emirates. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending property exhibitions. Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients to close deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new developments, and competitor activities. Prepare and present property offers and documentation to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying process.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of Dubai Real estate market and RERA regulations. Presentable, confident, and self-motivated. Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).
