Overview



Professionally manage incoming client inquiries and effectively convert leads into successful sales. Present and promote real estate properties in a clear and detailed manner, while accurately identifying and understanding client requirements. Prepare sales contracts and all related documentation required throughout the transaction process. Support clients during legal and administrative procedures associated with property sales. Ensure a smooth end-to-end sales process through effective coordination, negotiation support, and project follow-up. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and business engagements.
Job Requirements


Higher education qualification. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar sales or real estate role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to represent the company confidently and professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence. Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to client needs and expectations.
