additional Team Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
Generate New Active Leads:
Proactively source and qualify potential buyers/renters through referrals, online inquiries, site visits, calls, and more.
Social Media Engagement:
Boost personal and brand visibility by sharing engaging content (e.g., property listings, client testimonials, open houses, daily activities).
Recruitment & Hiring:
Actively contribute to the recruitment of new sales agents or independent consultants, supporting the growth and strength of the sales team.
New Property Listings:
Continuously source and list new properties across major platforms like Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Team Collaboration:
Provide support through mentoring, cross-team collaboration, and training.
Attendance:
Consistently attend team meetings, training sessions, client appointments, and maintain regular presence in the office.
Job requirements:
l Prior experience in Dubai real estate sales is highly preferred
l Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English,Chinese,Russian, Turkish,Hindi language is a plus)
l Well-organized , proactive and highly motivated individual
l Ability to work independently and within a team environment
l UAE driver's license preferred
l Strong interest in building a career in Dubai's real estate market
l Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is an advantage
