Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service to Arabic-speaking clients, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. 6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and real estate regulations in Arabic-speaking regions to make informed business decisions. 7. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. 8. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and partnership agreements with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. 9. Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is essential, as the role involves working with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills are also beneficial. 3. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Arabic-speaking regions, including market trends, property values, legal regulations, and cultural considerations. 4.
