About the Role
We are a Dubai-based real estate brokerage specializing in off-plan property investments and international investors. We are seeking a
Real Estate Sales Coordinator
who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and commercially minded.
This is
not a paperwork-only administrative role
and
not a licensed agent position
.
You will work closely with senior management to support off-plan sales, coordinate with developers and channel partner teams, handle daily calls, and ensure deals progress smoothly from inquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Calls
Handle daily inbound and outbound sales calls
Qualify investor leads (budget, timeline, preferences)
Follow up consistently via calls and WhatsApp
Support negotiations with developer sales teams
Chase booking forms, availability, and incentives
Off-Plan & Developer Coordination
Coordinate with developers' RMS and channel partner teams
Track unit availability, price updates, payment plans, and commission structures
Assist with booking forms, SPA coordination, and deal confirmations
Sales Support & Content Assistance
Prepare call scripts and WhatsApp investor messages
Assist with project summaries and sales talking points
Support content preparation for sales videos and investor outreach
Maintain accurate CRM records and deal trackers
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (brokerage, developer, or channel partner)
Comfortable making frequent sales calls
Strong follow-up and negotiation confidence
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Presentable and professional client-facing manner
Preferred but not required:
Off-plan project experience
CRM familiarity
Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.)
No real estate license required

Compensation
Base Salary: AED 4,000 - 8,000 (depending on experience)
Performance-based commission and bonuses
Strong performers typically earn AED 10,000 - 14,000+
