Job Description
D M A X X properties is looking for dynamic Sales Coordinator with experience in real estate industry in UAE, and proven track record as a Sales Coordinator.
- Handling the registrations to various Property Developers and Real Estate companies to obtain Agency Agreements and NOCs and maintaining all records of the same. Making sure that the agreements are renewed before the contract expires.
- Registration and renewal of Trakheesi permits.
- Provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical service to the Sales Team.
- Maintaining records of required forms for listing.
- Creating and publishing the property listings.
- Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi permit and to maintain records of the same.
- Handling CRM, maintaining & monitoring of all listings on various online mediums (Portals, Websites and Social Media).
- Maintaining records of Trakheesi permits.
- Maintaining and monitoring published listings on registered listing portals.
- Maintaining records of signed Form A, Form B, Form I and other real estate related documents.
- Manage social media marketing - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum and property related contracts.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
