Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant with a strong background in Dubai off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sales-driven, and confident in working with Tier 1 developers, supported by qualified leads, marketing budgets, and a strong sales leadership team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sell off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
  • Handle and convert qualified daily leads provided by the company
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
  • Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate
  • Off-plan sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
  • Proven sales and closing ability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
  • RERA certification (preferred or required, depending on company policy)
