motivated and confident Real Estate Agent
who can effectively communicate with clients in
Hindi (and English)
and has a passion for sales and real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and build a network of potential property buyers and sellers.
Contact clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Present and promote property listings with accurate details and pricing.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for interested clients.
Negotiate offers and close property sales to achieve monthly targets.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, property laws, and competitive developments.
Maintain proper documentation and follow company sales processes.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive
(minimum 1 year preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in
Hindi
(English is a plus).
Confident, result-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
Good understanding of the property market and sales process.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.).
Valid driving license
(if applicable for field work).
