Job Description

Scope

To generate fees by achieving, if not exceeding, monthly/quarterly sales and income targets, in addition to business development of suitable channel partners to meet objectives set out by the department head. Provision of an effective and efficient support service to the department and business heads.

General

To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with the client in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls.

Pre Sales and Post Project Launch
  • Promotion of the project through private meetings, public events and forums.
  • Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards
  • To meet and exceed sales target KPIs
  • To be aware of market conditions and adapt to succeed.
  • Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market and to assist the Partner \xe2\x80\x93 Project Marketing in winning new projects, as and when needed
  • Ensure that applicant visits to the marketing suite and viewings are conducted in an efficient and professional manner and adhering to protocol outlined by the client.
  • Regular liaison with the international IPM teams to ensure the team are aware of project updates.
  • Assist in the organisation of events and promotional initiatives both in the local market and internationally.
  • Assist where required in the planning of project campaigns and initiatives at the discretion of the Partner \xe2\x80\x93 Project Marketing
  • Identification of potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships to drive awareness and sales to the assigned projects
  • To act as the representative and face of the assigned project and to uphold the values of Knight Frank through ethical best practice
  • Collation of monthly project specific applicants\xe2\x80\x99 reports.
  • To maintain an up to date market knowledge of existing and new competitive schemes.
  • Sales progression, liaising with buyers and solicitors to ensure timely signatures of SPA\xe2\x80\x99s, maintenance of the Sales Tracker and regular reporting of the same to the project team and Sales Manager.
  • Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information and cross selling of business services.
  • Meet Knight Frank Best Practice standards at all times.
Reporting & Accounting
  • To provide efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with RERA regulations.
  • At all times to ensure that standardised KF documentation is employed in the timely reporting to clients, and where required to personally provide written reports, ensuring that these meet the required professional standard.
  • To comply at all times with the rules and regulations of the Dubai Lands Department (DLD) and the
  • Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
