We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced

Real Estate Sales Agents (Off-Plan)

to join our growing team. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

:

Promote and sell off-plan properties to prospective clients. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, social media, and networking. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers. Provide clients with comprehensive information about off-plan projects, including floor plans, pricing, and payment plans. Conduct property tours and presentations for potential buyers. Stay updated on the latest market trends and developments in the real estate sector. Negotiate contracts and handle the documentation process.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in real estate sales, specifically in off-plan properties. (1-2 Years) Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car.
