Responsibilities
:
Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Developing a competitive market price by comparing several properties.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Handle leads and clients requirements and targets wisely.
Requirements
:
Good knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary market.
Experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson is preferable.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Languages
: Arabic+english
salary + commission (negotiable)
