Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Present and market properties to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales transactions.
  • Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Prepare and submit relevant paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals and agencies to facilitate property sales.
Requirements :

  • Exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English .
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Good personality with the ability to connect and build trust with clients.
