Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful closures.
Maintain an updated database of available properties and client requirements.
Prepare necessary documents such as tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and forms.
Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, prices, and laws.
Promote properties through social media, advertising, and other marketing channels.
Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities.
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and management companies.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of CRM systems and online property portals.
Presentable, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
