As an Off-Plan Sales Agent, you will focus on promoting and closing sales of off-plan residential and investment properties in Dubai. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with developers and staying up to date on new project launches
Generating leads and following up through CRM, social media, and events
Presenting investment opportunities to clients with tailored recommendations
Conducting virtual and in-person presentations and site visits
Supporting clients from enquiry to closing, including document coordination
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for experienced, sharp, and savvy sales agents preferably with a strong track record in Dubai's off-plan real estate sector.
Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (off-plan preferred)
Fluent in English; a second language is a plus (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.)
Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and developer landscape
Proven sales record in real estate (off-plan experience ideal)
CRM proficiency (e.g., PropSpace or similar)
Developer and project knowledge
Compensation
A competitive commission structure will be offered with guaranteed commission during the first few months. The final package is negotiable for the right candidate.
