Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Agent - Mandarin & English
to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their bilingual skills to engage with Mandarin-speaking clients, provide expert guidance on property transactions, and contribute to the company's success in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize sales agreements.
Provide clients with market insights, investment advice, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Fluency in
Mandarin
and
English
(Arabic is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market preferred.
Valid UAE driving license.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
