We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in luxury properties. This role requires exceptional market knowledge, refined client?handling skills, and the ability to represent the company at the highest professional standard. You will work with high?net?worth individuals, premium developers, and exclusive property portfolios across Abu Dhabi's most prestigious communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle for luxury residential properties, from lead generation to closing.
Provide expert guidance to clients on premium communities, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Conduct private viewings, property tours, and high?level client consultations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth clients, investors, and developers.
Maintain an updated portfolio of luxury listings, ensuring accuracy and quality of all property information.
Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and CRM, to support client engagement and deal flow.
Represent the company at exclusive events, exhibitions, and private developer launches.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and client service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
Strong understanding of high?end communities, premium developments, and luxury buyer expectations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage demanding clients and complex transactions with professionalism.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
