Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a sophisticated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to specialize in luxury property transactions across Abu Dhabi. This role requires a deep understanding of the high-end real estate market, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to manage exclusive listings and discerning clientele. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-connected, and capable of delivering a premium experience from initial contact to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and sell luxury residential properties including villas, penthouses, and branded residences Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers Conduct private viewings, presentations, and negotiations with discretion and professionalism Stay informed about luxury market trends, pricing, and competitive offerings in Abu Dhabi Manage a portfolio of high-value listings and ensure accurate, high-quality marketing materials Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to generate qualified leads and maintain client pipelines Provide tailored property recommendations based on client preferences and investment goals Attend exclusive events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and listings
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's premium residential market and developer offerings Proven track record of closing high-value transactions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential client interactions Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
