We're hiring
Dubai Real Estate Agents
with
6 months to 1 year of experience
who want consistent paid leads, faster conversions, and a clear growth path in off-plan sales.
What you'll do
Handle
inbound paid leads
and convert them into calls, meetings, and bookings
Qualify buyers (budget, purpose, preferred areas, timelines)
Present off-plan projects, payment plans, and key investment points
Coordinate viewings / developer meetings and follow up until closing
Update CRM and follow a structured follow-up system
What you get (what top agents want)
Minimum 6 months - 1 year Dubai real estate experience
(mandatory)
Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and client handling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Off-plan experience is a plus (training/support provided if you're converting from secondary)
Compensation
Commission-only (no basic salary)
Up to 65% split
based on performance
