As an Experienced Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying in an off-plan primary market.
Key responsibilities:-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand client needs and preferences and provide tailored property recommendations.
Always eager to learn new things and improve sales skills to perform better at work.
Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, property valuations, and legal requirements in off-plan and primary real estate markets.
Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each property type.
Has a friendly and positive personality, maintains professional attire, and communicates confidently with clients.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to promote available properties.
Requirements:-
Experience:
1-2 year in Off-plan primary market in Dubai Real Estate.
Language:
English (Required) other languages are a plus.
Education:
Must have at least a degree or high school diploma.
Compensation & Benefits:-
Fixed salary with commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
