Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and off-plan properties to local and international clients
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Negotiate sales terms and close deals in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Coordination, Operations, Marketing) for smooth transactions
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of real estate sales experience
in the UAE
Strong command of
English
(spoken and written)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage
