Key Responsibilities:
Handle property sales and leasing transactions for Chinese clients
Manage buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant relationships
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings
Follow up on leads and ensure timely client communication
Coordinate with internal teams, conveyancers, and legal consultants
Ensure full compliance with
RERA and DLD regulations
