This role is for agents who want strong support, quality leads, and serious earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle), networking, and referrals
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
Close sales and rental transactions professionally
Prepare and manage RERA documents (Form A, B, F, contracts)
Maintain CRM and property listings
Build long-term client relationships
Requirements (Mandatory)
? Minimum
1+ year UAE real estate experience
(Off-Plan or Secondary)
? Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers
? Target-driven and commission-focused mindset
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
? UAE driving license & own car (preferred)
