Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales and leasing leads
Advise clients on property options and market conditions
Conduct property viewings
Negotiate deals between clients
List properties on approved portals
Maintain client records and documentation
Ensure compliance with RERA and DLD rules
Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
1+ year real estate experience (UAE preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and customer-focused
Able to work independently
Professional appearance
UAE driving license preferred
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
