We are looking for an experienced and driven Property Consultant to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with the team to drive growth, establish new business relationships, and maintain existing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
? Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
? Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
? Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
? Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
? Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
? Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement overall business strategies.
? Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
? Minimum of 1 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales, with at least 1 deal closure in the real estate industry.
? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
? Knowledge of real estate sales techniques and market trends.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
? Ability to travel as needed.
