Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in Dubai. The role involves managing real estate sales activities, including assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also includes providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market trends.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and possession
2 to 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience in Dubai
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in property sales
Excellent skills in Customer Service with the ability to interact effectively with clients
Strong Sales and negotiation skills to close deals successfully
Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
Proficiency in using real estate tools and CRM software is advantageous
